This summer The Cultural Exchange will be hosting a four-day arts event dedicated to celebrating and exchanging

stories of heritage through the arts.

Founded by Nicaraguan born singer-songwriter, The Cultural Exchange (once called Tiny June + Friends) builds on years of creative work rooted in social justice and storytelling. Since 2018 June has used music and collaborative art to amplify community voices and highlight the power of cultural expression as a tool for empathy and change.

The Cultural Exchange brings together artists, musicians, and community leaders to share their stories and create meaningful dialogue- turning art into a bridge between cultures, generations, and lived experience.

Vinyl & Cocktail Night

Houston native DJ Ross has a deep passion for music and community building. His journey into vinyl began in his grandparents’ game room, where he was first exposed to both familiar artists and new sounds that would shape his musical identity. That early curiosity sparked a love for crate digging.

After inheriting over 200 records from his grandparents, Ross began building an extensive collection spanning Soul, Funk, Jazz, Disco, and R&B. Today, he finds joy in uncovering deep cuts and timeless classics that have moved dance floors for decades, curating sounds that bridge generations and keep the spirit of analog music alive.

Queen Margie is a pop-up bar with permanent energy, created by Dima and Iryna, both from Ukraine. With years of experience in hospitality, they focus on creating a space that feels warm, welcoming, and takes you to a place you may have never been before.

Come celebrate culture, connection, and community with us! ✨
